He was hired as a second "community manager" because no one like the first one (mainly because, let's face it, he's following what bungie tells him he can and can't do). But Cosmo is in the exact same situation, except he fakes caring a lot better than deej. But what has he honestly done? He "collects" people's ideas and puts them in a post... For actual bungie employees to not read.
