If people keep playing Destiny, it won't die. Besides, the Division will be played by millions for the first few months; then once hype for the Divison has died down, people will come back to Destiny or a different game. I'm personally excited for Division, as I enjoy looter shooters (blame Borderlands). From playing the Alpha and Beta, I can only hope they keep up on the patching and bug fixes on this game. Sure, it will get tedious at times, but that's how looter shooters are; once you max out your level, the grind becomes real. It won't kill Destiny, not by a long shot, but it will incompacitate it for a few months. If you don't like Destiny, don't play it. Yes, it's on a dry streak right now with the lack of content since TTK. But, I hope things get better once the Spring major update happens. But who knows. It's wishful thinking.
