I remember doing a whole big post about who would win out of UNSC, the Gaurdians and The Empire
Basically, the empire wins.
Not sure about Universes tho

Did you remove the UNSCs access to Installation 006?

All 3 were teleported to a new universe, so it was purely military v military.

So no super weapons or forerunner tech?

If it was created by the UNSC, The Gaurdians or The Empire, then yes.
