The only nerfs, I want for the warlock is fire bolt's excessive damage, and DOT (it's one, or the other).

Besides, the sticky is only one shot if you're actually stuck (with the possible exception of magnetic, but that actually has an excuse). Fire bolt actually keeps out of the fight for 14 seconds, assuming you're not a warlock, with full armor, and recovery.

Any great player would much rather get hit by a Firebolt with burn than get stuck and ohk. This is fact. A Firebolt grenade is defensive which means it grants us slow arse warlocks a few seconds to escape while the other party is burning. They grant you the opportunity to tuck your tail and run. Just like skip grenades. They make you back off when hit or being tracked. If you are that dumb to challenge while burning then the Warlock deserves the kill. "But they are used offensively" I get it man. Warlock pops radiance and spams grenades. That's the entire point of the super. To get one or two kills. What super can't do that? Every subclass has the capability in the right hands.

Fire bolt has 2x the radius of a sticky, and could land an entire fire team into a one shot situation for 14 seconds. I don't know about you, but 14 seconds is a long time to be waiting for in a skirmish, or any situation. I want to clarify that I don't think any thing else should be nerfed in sun singer, or any warlock subclass. The one reason I think people would go for radiance over storm trance is selfrez. I have nothing against infinite grenades as a super. Hope I didn't offend any warlocks.

Ok you lost me at 14 seconds. It has been tested numerous times. Burn lasts 8 seconds total with ToF + VF. Recovery is based on what YOU spec for. Literally fully healed in 10 seconds bud. If you run max agility/armor then blame yourself why your character is so weak.

But not everyone specs for max recovery, and your theory would be correct if a you were another warlock with max recovery, and a solar splash damage recovery. Besides when you think about it 10 seconds, or 8 whatever you're trying to say is, a long time to be one shot. I could go on forever, about this, but here's how I'm going to sum it up. The average guardian (a Titan with a half bar of armor) has about 200 HP, fire bolt does 155 HP of damage, the burn effect lasts around 3 to 4 ticks dealing 8 HP per tick. In the end a guardian is left with (3 ticks) 21HP.

Firebolt does 97 on hit and the burn is 7 per tick

Then incendiary grenades would have to be dialed back as well because everyone will complain about that DoT
