I'm not saying experience doesn't lead to developing a skill, I'm just saying it doesn't [b]always[/b] lead to developing skill.
In a lot of cases it may but not [b]always[/b]

Fair enough, granted PvE grimoire might no show skill, But if I see someone with all the PvP grimoire then yes I know they know what there doing.

Actually, that's not always true either, cause if you're in a fireteam their player kills count towards your grimoire. Although they would still have the map knowledge.

You just love to argue don't you? Wins.. Rumble wins, Skirmish wins, salvage wins etc... Shows me their skilled.

It's not the arguing I enjoy, it's looking at flaws in what people write. And also I would say Rumble wins would be the only one to truly show your PvP skill as you can only rely on yourself and there's no team to pull you up or push you down
