Yeah it all depends on the person, that is why I said not all low Grimoire players are bad. But obviously if someone is on LFG and you correlate skill with Grimoire you are going to get better results. Sure there are those players that have low Grimoire and are amazing, but in that pool there are many low level bad players. Many players on LFG determine who joins there team with weapons and light level. If they have a BS and ToM and a 315 that is all they usually ask for. I never told anyone what weapon to use on my fireteam, they know how to play their character best. I never seen a Grimoire requirement on LFG till I posted it.
