Is 285 weapon relevant in the iron banner or do I need 300 and more.

1 of my friends told me that 290-320 there is only a 4 percent damage difference so if your light level is within that you should be fine i guess

It's a 4 percent difference every 10 light levels. From what I've heard anyway.
