Why is everyone relating Spartans, and Guardians? It would be better to compare Guardians to Forerunners.

No, Forerunners are beyond their pay grade.

We don't know the capabilities of guardians, and beyond the fact that they're much more powerful than Spartans we don't know the capabilities of Forerunner worrier servants.
