I have, and I won't, ever use grim to determine who I do anything with.
Ever.

Ok, do you ever go to LFG?
-
Don't need to. Why would I want to play a game with people who NEED to demand something to complete the raid? I meet just about any requirement LFG could toss out, yet I'd rather skip running a week than listen to arm chair commanders try and dictate every move. Not that interested in super quick runs, I'd it happens it happens. I'd rather spend my time either helping someone achieve a goal, teaching mechanics, or (gasp) having fun. If that's your bag, good for you. However it doesn't mean that everyone has to meet your requirements to be deemed "skilled" or "experienced", no matter what a thin sampling says.

I never said everyone who has a high Grimoire is skilled, I never said everyone who had a low Grimoire is not skilled. I was testing out what typically a high Grimoire player plays like vs a low Grimoire. Even the Reddit post guy did a similar experiment and got the same results. I've helped many players in my lifespan of playing destiny. I don't always have time to help people. I have work, school and a person life outside of video games. Some times I just want to get it done fast. Also every single team I got, no one made the calls, when didn't talk about the raid during much of he raid. We all knew what to do.

Not really calling you out as a player, but I don't believe the results encompass the player base as a whole. Just my opinion. I have all that as well, and i usually choose to sit it out than attempt a quick run. Always goes south because people focus on speed/efficiency and screw the pooch. That's my experience, is what it is. (And I'd rather get kicked in the nuts than play with LFG)

The quick run just happens because everyone knows what to do. Most LFG ask for a light level requirement and weapon requirements, that makes no sense to me because it's all RNG. If you are experienced enough in the game, most likely it will show in your Grimoire score. That's why I asked for that one and only requirement. I don't tell people what weapons to use or how to play. They know how to play their character.
