I get what you are saying and if that's what you want your requirement to be then so be it good for you. However i do think 4600 is a little high and you get people that get upset because of that, mine is 4500, I've been playing since beta and have completed every facet of this game. I just didn't want to put the one in running around doing stuff that I don't enjoy doing in the game so I haven't done it.
