I have 4205 grim score, my group has completed Kings Fall in ~40mins in the past and average ~1 hour completions.
I don't care about increasing my grimore score. I used to believe it meant something, but it really doesn't.
If you play a game alot you understand the mechanics, and how to fight an opponent. This does make you more skilled at the game, but this doesn't mean that your more skilled at the game the someone with a 2k grim score.
Some people are just naturally more skilled at games then other people.

are you talking normal or hard mode is 40 minutes? we did it last night in about a hour and fifteen minutes. we only wiped once at the totems due to non transfer of the aura. i just don't see it being done in less than an hour without some serious hustle which isn't fun.

It was a no-wipe smooth run, we got every chest, the only deaths occurred during the fights were self-rez fixed. We weren't trying to do a fast run, but we always race each other to the next fight, because its fun to us. Truthfully I don't remember the difficulty because it was quite awhile ago, just that we were all surprised we finished as quickly as we did.
