No there is a big difference between skill and experience. Being good at some or skill does not equate to doing a repetitive activity for long periods of time or experience. Just because I have rank 3 on a weapon class doesn't mean I'm skilled using it. Just means I've used it alot and gotten the required kills needed to get the grimoire points. I.E. most people have full rank points on sniper rifles but they aren't very skilled with them.
