Actually do you know what the max grimore is without finding all the ghosts? Its not even close to 4600

He's not saying you don't have experience, he's just saying players with really high grimoire tend to have much more experience than those with lower grimoire scores. Plus, ~4500 is a lot anyways. You obviously have experience.

I don't think anyone said you don't have experience or skill. But since the OP can't know if you do or do not have skill, he or she is increasing his or her chances of finding skilled teammates by setting higher requirements.
