Maybe it does equate to skill, more than half the time maybe, but definitely not 95% of the time. You could play a long time, build your grimoire and still be so bad you bring the whole team down.

yea, 5% of the people would do that. Not half lol.

Edited by tidus_0893: 2/16/2016 7:56:10 PMRight. I'm not saying a whole 50% is so bad they ruin a raid or crucible match, but they are out there. Just saying, grimoire shouldn't be a primary factor in determining skill. That's for the scrubs.

Ok, so should light? Are all the people asking for 315+ light level on LFG scrubs?
-
Nope, elitists maybe. I don't do LFG, as I have a clan, and I'm happy about that. There are times when we may struggle getting through the tougher parts of Destiny, but we try to persevere. I just don't see the point in being so hardcore, that the fun is no longer present. Kudos to those who use LFG. Anyway, light does matter in regards to most end game content. Still, is a 320 always better than a 310? Probably. They are certainly tougher. But are they more skilled? Entirely dependent on the player.

Yes, my clan raids to, or at least used to most of them been stuck playing other games like the Division which I will get the beta to soon. Still played Doubles and Trails with them tho ^_^ Well most people don't have time to try out every player. Most people have lives to get to. So I think I rather go with my odds where 95% of the players with high Grimoire are good rather then lets say 40% of the high level lights are good. Its so easy to get to a high light especially with challenge mode out.

Solid logic.
