Even though I'm honestly not sure I understand what you were saying, it is written in much better English than if I tried to write it in Italian! ;) That is a compliment, by the way. I've read it quite a few times and I [i]think[/i] I have some understanding of it. Basically... People are taking advantage of the mechanics because they are try hards. It is causing the more casual players to leave the game. PvP is full of idiots. If you play just for fun, you will lose. I think that's what you are saying, right? BTW, I've never used Ice Breaker in PvP to generate ammo for other weapons. I don't think it is wrong to do so, I just never have. I DO play for fun and I even win on occasion. :)
