I think it would be awesome if Vangaurd and faction gear stock rotated every week.
It sure would be nice to have something to spend my legendary marks on each week. If the Vangaurd and factions armor and weapons rotated out each week with a different set of skill perks, it would not only provide more options but give us some much needed variety.
As it stand now, the gear never changes, even though there are stock refresh timers on all the vendors. Why are the timers even there if nothing changes? It just seems odd to me.
If the gear they're selling isn't what you're looking for, you're stuck waiting for a lucky drop from the rng. Couple that with how long it takes to rank up to get a drop, you're likely not to see the perk roll you're looking for ever.
It would definitely be a welcome addition to the game for me. At least I'd have something worthwhile to spend my marks on.

3 Repliesif it was weekly maybe move the marks up to 300. that way you could get 2 at a time. risk picking 2 up this time time and miss a great roll the next week

1 ReplyI'm not going to lie or try to take your thunder but I've been saying this since about week 5. But I do want to run this by you Rotate weapons and armor perks every two weeks (due to the fact you need to save marks up) other than that yes they should rotate it has never ever made sense to me that they don't.

1 ReplyIt would be cool if all the pieces of armour actually set up a class you wanted. Say future war cult had gear targeted at auto rifles and hand cannons and fusion rifles Dead orbit could have pulse rifles, sniper rifles and machine guns New monarchy could have scout rifles, shotguns and rocket launchers At the moment all the vendor gear have perks which don't complement each other at all. What's the point of getting the full set of faction gear when it doesn't help out a play style you like.
