When I put a lot of time into destiny back in the day, I'd notice my cardio running low.
I've been working on cardio ever since then with a mixture of long distance running and pacer test drills.
I mean I went to the skate park after banging out like a month of non stop destiny during HoW and man I was barely breathing after doing just a few ollie's.
It was then, I knew. -blam!- that, so I started working on my pull up game again and focused on overall fitness with the occasional late night skateboarding in the city.
Only thing I regret was not starting it sooner when the weather was better.
