NO Neutral Game is everything that happens between supers. NONE of the Sunbreaker's perks help in any meaningful way in this regard. Simmering flames is the only thing that kind of qualifies and even that requires you to have your SUPER. Why was Cauterize nerfed?? Because of the SUPER. Even pre-nerf, Cauterize didn't help much in the neutral since its way too specific to proc it in pvp when needed. Really happens serendipitously. So once again, none of the SB's perks help it kill guardians by themselves. They are all meant to augment its super
