The Icebreaker exploit is... well a PvP exploit just like getting out of the map was on Vertigo. Can't wait till the ban or nerf hammer comes around to wreak havoc.

They won't ban you for using icebreaker

I assume the debuff of icebreaker and other ammo regen weapons would be that they need one bullet in the mag to regen. This will limit the exploit a tad
