Virtually all the perks in the trees are based around its super. The only one with any synergy with its neutral game is Cauterise.

Fleet fire is worthless as if you are killing three people with your fire which you can only really do in super (unless you get a double kill with a nade and beat someone down) then you dont really need the help an agility and reload buff gives you. Its similar to the GS perk that gives you extra accuarcy or whatever for precision kills, its good in PVE but worthless in PVP. If simmering flames was a perk for the striker it would be amazing as you are happy to sit on your super for minutes awaiting the right moment to use it. With SB though you should crack that super ASAP and start building a new one, you should know all about this being a hunter and having a multitude of roaming supers to pick from. The other problem with simmering flames is that you either pick it or cauterise and as stated cauterise is the only decent neutral perk. You are quite simply wrong in your statements.

Never did I ever say fleet fire was good I'm just saying it has a neutral game cause everyone says its a super based subclass and it isn't And simmering flames is good And since there's Titans that suck with hammer which is like 99% of community you could have sticky nades every 15 seconds

You are missing the point entirely, every class has a neutral game but the SB neutral game has shit perks for PVP for all the reasons quoted above. It is similar in a lot of ways to GS in that its neutral game isnt very good (uness you are a beast with throwing knives) but GS has an amazing super whereas HoS is completely sh1t now. Hunters desperately needed a good PVE class and they got an amazing one with Nightstalker. Titans desperately needed a good PVP class and they got one with SB.......until Bungo fukkin ruined it. It is virtually worthless now, do you not wonder why you barely see it inPVP anymore? Its coz its sh1te!
