Granted I have had a lot of these issues I also get a lot of bullshit like "Oh my wife is home, I have to go talk to her about her day: back in 10." WHAT?! I'm married and she TOTALLY gets what a raid is and how crucial it is to get it done quick. Other things like eating dinner and putting the kids to bed or making food for their kids. I get you have responsibilities, so do I. But before getting involved in what could be a several hour evolution you should make sure everything is situated. If something like that is hindering you, maybe today isn't your day to raid.
