You know the little animation when you start your super and you cant move whatsoever i easily get sniped or someone runs up and shoots me with a shotgun when i cant move expecialy if you try to use it when you are trying to defend your spark that few seconds can easily kill you if people are near by but im not going to go hide and then use my super thats a wast of a hammer or 2 that i could have used when im runing in to use my super

A hammer hit me directly and i didnt die in a trials match. Everyone was a green bar.

So it's not the hammer, it's the game. Hit detection has been an issue for all classes lately

I've had issues with my grenades and melees on stormcaller and sunsinger. So yea, all classes are affected

I've had issues with burns not procing, enemies burning without getting the shield from melee or melee damage happening but losing my charge, stormcaller melee animation happening but no damage. You can believe me or not. You probably not since you're biased in favor of titan being supposedly underpowered and warlock being supposedly overpowered

The hit detection on the hunters supers have been off lately too. Bladedance requiring 3-4 swings to kill, goldengun shots connecting but not counting, and tether going straight into people and not doing anything. It is definitely the game.
