Striker has some neutral game. That's why it's better. Sunbreaker was based around the super only. And no one liked a 25 second super that had potential. It takes 4 minutes with max intellect to charge Sunbreaker. And it's all gone in 25 seconds. So for not having any neutral game, I think is was fair to have the potential of killing 3-5 guardians per use.

I don't really if it was just based around its super. I play fine with ability's alone in pve. I'm not a pvp vet so you know. Meh
