Hell I've played more games with people who start a raid and have to quit in 20-30 minutes than I have people who take up time smoking. I would rather deal with 5 minute wait once or twice in a raid than having to find a new member because I guy didn't set out enough time to do a raid that they knew would take at least an hour.
