The research was done between 2012 and 2015 according to the citations. I have no reason to discount that page besides that you say its all propaganda.

I presumed it was the outdated ones seeing as you stated it kills braincells(out dated study proved to be flawed look up joints and masks on monkeys study). That's my bad, still I never claimed that smoking wasn't bad and abuse is a problem but marijuana does not ruin lives or alter them for the worse- that is propaganda. I don't even feel like you read what I am saying... I'm sure most people who sit around abusing any one thing all day from 16-30 get dumber...
