I must say as a clan and raid leader, that unless you are leading the group, you have no right to condem them for whatever they're doing. I maintain a relaxed environment where no one is scared to say "hey can we take 5 so I can go facilitate (insert whatever vice here)". You are your own person and if you think this is going to waste your time then you can leave and find another, won't bother me in the slightest. But if said person wants to stay and continue to complain, I will look for another guardian who isn't so stuck up. In the rare occasions we have to use lfg I stress this more than anything in my post. Our runs never take more than an hour with smoke, bathroom, cat on fire, or stretch breaks.
