When I'm the fireteam leader and we're doing a raid or multiple Iron Banner matches I always try to have breaks for the team. Some may need to go to the bathroom, get a drink, walk a dog, take a smoke, whatever..... I think of it as just common courtesy. I normally only need to hit the john and grab a drink, and am usually back on before the last person. I don't mind waiting and it's a good time to just sit there and decompress for a few minutes or think about our strategy.
