Well, whenever you smoke pot (except for medical purpose) you are pretty much making you under the influence, and high. With alcohol, oyu may not get drunk.

Are you high now? Whenever you smoke a drug like that, you ARE getting high. At least with Alcohol a-l-c-o-h-o-l you may not get drunk, or even buzzed, you might just drink one beer, and be done.
