Stop -blam!-ing Smoking
It pisses me off how every time I do a raid there is that one douche who says, "I gotta smoke" or "Gimme a minute hit the bong" and everyone ends up waiting ten -blam!-ing minutes. Can you not wait 30 to smoke or do whatever the shit you are doing? I can get married and raise a family in the time it takes you to smoke. I just want to get the raid done, not sit around making awkward smalltalk with these people who are going to quit if you don't -blam!-ing come back after a reasonable amount of time. so please for the love of god, wait or actually take as long as you said you would.
In fact any break that takes longer than 5 minutes pisses me off. What are you doing? There is no fun in waiting I can tell you that.

At least a Stoner can rip 3 bong hits in seconds , without leaving his/ her seat . At least stoner's get a high and can be funny , a cigarette and what oh ten mins later , I need another one .

Just do some karaoke while they're doing whatever they have to do. Better yet, get second console and do two raids at once. Even better, do ESO on your PC at the same time.

While I can't control someone else's actions through my own will, I take advantage of the opportunity and have a bathroom break and get a refill on my drink. I don't smoke, and I don't have any intensions to either. I'm the only one in my family that doesn't smoke and they don't pressure me into it at all. The first and last person who attempted to peer pressure me into smoking got punched in the face. I made my message quite clear to my family. I've been living with the smell for most of my childhood and never had a thought of it. And here I am now, almost 20 years old and still no intentions. [spoiler]When my uncle died of lung cancer a few years back, that had made me despise smoking even more. I respect other people's decisions but I try to make them at least dwell on it.[/spoiler] Sorry for the rant. When you live in a family of smokers feelings and personal thoughts kinda slip out, especially in my situation.

The one that annoys me is people who have kids (and know theyre looking after them) raid, don't get me wrong, I'll respect them and their kid, but it's annoying when you're doing DPS to Oryx and it's like "Shieeet, brb guys my son/daughter is crying".

You know, normally I agree, I hate waiting to raid. I absolutely hate waiting to raid. I do a quick bong rip on the loading screen and run back. Everyone else walks their dog, runs to the store, etc

Only time I'll take a smoke break is when someone goes to the toilet, someone's taking ages to do the jumping puzzles or we're taking a while on a boss. Besides I can smoke and make a coffee in 2-3 min so my raid team don't really care and have real conversations with each other..

Someone should just put a simple criteria in their LFG post... "Please use utilities such as Restrooms or Smokes before or after the raid" Anything even slightly similar to the above would help OP out

I support this. If you get into a raid or whatever, it's deeply disrespectful to the other teammates to run off to do something else and keep everyone on hold. If you got to take a piss, then fine, but.. One of the worst/funniest also examples was this guy who went off to grill some hamburgers. I shit you not. Another guy went off 'a few minutes' to mow the lawn and subsequently kept us on hold for thirty minutes.But I was in no hurry, personally.
