In general, the human body has the ability to assimilate certain food products with minor to no side affects; such as cows milk. Obviously with the fact that there* are exceptions for every rule; there are those that can't process the lactose and/ or the casein proteins/sugars which in turn gives them digestive issues. Soy on the other hand has a protein that mimics estrogen and increase the level the is made in EVERY human body that ingest it. So at the end of the day, cows milk may make you fart but consuming soy wil give you bitch tits.
