Then again, nothing is "neccessary" with the right players communicating. So I agree, it's a matter of convenience.
To be fair though, getting "good" has nothing to do with it.
I could walk to the store, it's really right down the street. But i'm going to drive there instead. Not because i'm "bad" but because I have a car and enjoy the conveniences it provides =)
