Seriously, lol.
I saw the same thing when people were nerfing Sunbreakers.
Just pick one thing to complain about, you can't use them all together

The only thing about pre-nerf sunbros was that cauterize proc on every hammer/melee kill without cool down. If they JUST added the cool down id be happy.

It would have kept them strong in PvE so I would have been fine with it too
