In y1 about half of the exotics (mainly Titan exotics) didn't change with shader. The most annoying ones were helm of Saint-14 and armamentarium.
I'm glad they changed those, and I'm confused as to why they didn't do the same for garrison and/or bellicose

I agree but the garrison looks worse than any by far without a shader
