Stormcallers DO need a nerf.
The reason being, everything else has been nerfed. And the range is pretty insane, the speed is WAY TOO HIGH, etc

As a warlock (shit I sound like a jackass now) I can see your reasoning. The super -blam!-ing lasts for about half a minute and it can easily catch up to you with ionic blink! And also the melee can hit almost through a wall and can go through tethers.
