Meh wouldn't say the best super in the game. Consider this: there really not that hard to kill. They excel in clustered areas with many enemies. To be able to effectively chain lightning far enough, they need to run super conductor. Without that, they lose a lot of their potential evading because they won't have ionic blink. Now, they can run landfall with the correct exotic gauntlets, but not suoer more conductor and ionic blink. Frankly, they're not that hard to kill, and they don't instant kill you with their super, unless it's landfall. I think landfall was a stupid idea to give a class a smaller AoE fist of havoc with blinding grenade, but that's the only part that needs to be looked into in my opinion.
