Juggernaut has me worried seeing as there isn't a big cooldown on it. oh well

Not many use it as people like shoulder charge or unstoppable. As they have to be running at you for it to work there shouldn't be many situations where this happens. Its been the same (as far as I know) through all of year 1 too
