How can you have on overshield with shoulder charge unless your just coming off a revive?

Ok, fair point. But even then, shoulder charge and juggernaut are in the same perk tree. It's not possible to have shoulder charge and juggernaut at once.

I use the juggernaut so when i rush campers my shield will eat their tlw's bullets. Then its shotgun time :)
