Don't forget that the tower will have an LFG kiosk added in game, a free spark of light given to each guardian when they start up the game for the first time to get them to level 25 and fully upgrade one subclass and free major DLC (non of this eververse BS) that would also come as a result of Sanders training policies and free care for all tower inhabitants.
