The Inward Lamp and NL Shadow 701x also are High Rof scout rifles and come with 19-21 rounds in a mag, and can sometimes roll with HCR...

those take 5 shots to kill they are in the highest rof tier of scout. They are not comparable. inward lamp can't get hcr and nl shadow you have to be lucky to get hcr and those scouts weaknesses are slow reload so theres a penalty for blowing through the mag unlike mida with max reload. mida will still have faster reload and of course you'd have on increased scout reload. Like it's reload is litterally maxed out...

Let me ask you something, if bungie hadn't nerfed pulse rifles, would you still complain about mida?

I'd complain about pulses because they were in fact too strong. Mida wasn't brought to my attention until recently when i noticed those hcr -blam!-ing me up when i was using an ar or hc.
