I'm guessing you don't remember that thing they did with Scouts and Hand Cannons to separate them due to the overlapping of their rolls. Hand Cannons are designed to have less bullets and dominate at close to medium range, Scouts have more bullets and dominate at long to medium range.
To this into perspective, I win a lot of close to medium range fights against a MIDA eight The Vanity. At long range, I lose.
There's technically nothing wrong or unbalanced about MIDA. Yes, it has HCRs, but almost all Exotics have a hidden perk.

I dont't have a problem with high mag its that it has a high mag and a max reload it should be one or the other like every other gun. those hcr allow it win med and close range gun fights where it has no business winning.

So you basically just ignored my comment then. GTFO of here with your bias opinion.

Edited by ATBalls: 1/26/2016 10:41:13 PMhow did i ignore your comment you talked about the mag size so i rebuttled about mag size? I don't recall them saying scouts are supposed to have more bullets are you sure they said that? Why do you hold so much animosity toward me and what bias are you refering to exactly? edit: just because an exotic has a hidden perk doesn't make it right it probably was mistakenly put on there anyway

Reload speed for primaries especially isn't a big factor in pvp. Most people reload under cover anyways. Taking an extra half a second to reload isn't really going to change shit. You're just clutching at straws
-
reload speed is huge because at that moment is when you go on the offensive to kill. especially with a gun like the last word u can count the shots then pounce
-
Glad you used the last word as an example, because handcannons are the only primaries where reload speed as a stat is important in pvp. The reload speed of the other primaries is fast enough that the "reload speed" stat on most primaries don't make a huge difference. To reiterate, even if you reduce the reload speed of mida by half, it won't make much of a difference in pvp
