You know someone tested all the top tier scout rifles and Mida. They all kill with 3-5 headshots, Mida taking 4 headshots to kill. The reason alot of people think its "OP" is because it has a hair trigger which allows the player to send those bullets downrange faster. So you get killed faster. Mida has the higest TtK out of all the non-auto scout rifles because of that. It's not OP, close the distance with a Mida user and you can destroy him. Just stop crying nerf and actually look up all tests done on most weapons. The only weapon I think is kinda OP is the thorn because 3 shots and burn. Other than that, snipers need an AA drop and destiny is perfect.
