Ask yourself one thing... will lag go away? No. Will changing the matchmaking system fix lag... No. So, basically the only people complaining about skill based games are the great players who now have a hard time competing against their peers. I have no idea what algorithm Bungie uses to determine games, but it should be based on each specific Crucible event. For example... Control... Average caps per game Average kills per game Average assists per game Average deaths per game Average points per game Matching those numbers with both teams and we have a game. Let lag be lag... because you can't ever fix it. Personally, I don't experience much.
