[u]Unexpected Help[/u] [i]Today, Police and SWAT Teams cornered a Vigilance suspected in multiple counts of property damage and homicide, along with other charges. The suspect, when surrounded and confronted, began to lash out at police, taunting them.This was when another unknown Vigilance entered the situation, asking the suspect to calm down and come in peacefully, to no avail. This began a fight in which the suspect began to lash ot with a kind of organic tentacle, hitting officers and throwing cars alike. Vigilance managed to avoid the attacks and fire on them with his own weapons, only to be caught and thrown into a vehicle. This signaled the arrival of several more Vigilance who apparently had been watching form the crowd, culminating in a brawl that ended with the suspect in custody. After fighting had subsided, the gathered Vigilance Heroes were approached and asked their names. The initial Vigilance, a man dressed in a costume similar to law enforcement, left the scene without comment. The second, a man in what appeared to be gray combat armor carrying a shield, identified himself as Nightflash. The third was a woman who had simply witnessed the events without inteference, while another, who appeared to be a demon of sorts, called himself Count Botis. The last, a who seemed right out of the 1920's, was called Skulduggery Pleasant, who owned his own PI firm. The heroes soon dispersed, going their own ways. Thought they did not appear to be a team, and only be brought together by sheer circumstance, one has to wonder that after this incident, that if a another situation such as this happens, will these Vigilance... these "Heroes" band together again to stop it.[/i]
