Dying makes you the noob, using the noob as a crutch makes the other guy a noob as well.

They knew he was under lvl they made the choice to keep going. If you think you have a weak link then it has to be addressed either with cover or a -blam!- off. They did neither. Mlg guy like you should know if they did there job, choosing to carry him in light lvl wouldn't have been a problem.
