Lol bro I did hard mode with 307 when it first came out, that guy wasn't very good but if five high light level guardians can't figure out what to do to nullify a weak party member then you guys are bad too.
Why not put him near you where you can direct him?
Why not put him as gaze one or two?
Why not ask him what he is good at?
This is your fault guardian, do better.

That's exactly what I do with my 11 year old and got him through all of hard mode no problem. Higher gear means more skilled?....ha ha thanks I needed a laugh!
