I -blam!-ing hate people that say hard mode can be done at 305 light, Oh I done hard mode at 300... Yeah -blam!-ing good for you, If your into spending 3/4 hours of you day in the same raid constantly wiping then yeah by all means fill your team with 300+ light, For hardcore players like myself and OP we want the raid done in less than an hour, We want want every boss dead in 1 try, If that makes us elite then so be it.

Then just say no. Don't lead someone on saying they can join only to boot them. If you're gonna struggle with having someone lower than the recommended LL on your team then don't bring them on in the first place. People will think you're a total dick but at least you didn't agree to help only to find out you couldn't do shit without a full team of high level people to lean on
