They need to up the drop rates because they are so rare

No they arent rare haha everyone has them they are rare variety as it blue rarity. Though I haven't seen any drop in y2... Are you new to destiny?

Nah he's a day 1, look at the original reply. :) And yeah no shaders have dropped in year 2

Day 1 player I have those shaders but they arent from crucible Crucible drop rates for shaders are next to none

Ah and yes they are that's how u get those shaders. For the new ones there are like 0 but in y1 those shaders dropped like crazy
