[b]Alex gets into a sword fight with an enemy[/b]
"I will not fall to a weakling like you."
[b]Once Alex turns his back to him, the enemy impales Alex with the sword[/b]
"Can't believe this happened. I have underestimated you."

[b]The teen slide to your side, his hands dashing through a bag at his side[/b] Hold on there big guy. Keep looking at me. Stay awake.

[b]Alex looks at the figure[/b] "Thank you...for saving me." [b]Alex then smiles at him[/b]

Don't thank me just yet. You probably won't be thanking considering you're going to be mostly awake for this. [b]He pulls out three bottles and a roll of gauze[/b]

[b]Alex high fives the figure[/b] "Thanks man. I thought no one would come and save me."

You might want to hold on to something. This is gonna hurt. [b]He unscrews one of the bottles and dribbles it over the wound[/b]

[b]Alex screams in pain as the figure pours it over the wound[/b] "You weren't kidding. But I still appreciate your help."

[i]A strange noise is heard, and the guard falls to the ground, dead. A man in a brown duster and cowboy hat stands behind the corpse, and he pulls the sword from you, tosses it to the side, and walks away. [/i]

[b]He hears the steady clunk of something heavy approaching [/b]

Vlad rushes over. His eyes go black and the attackers leave. His veins go black and he touches Alex. Alex heals before Vlad when he holds his hand above him and black most appears.

"Vlad, thank you for saving me in time. I owe you my life."

The mist disappears. "It's nothing. Wait.. How do you know my name??"

"Why does that matter? What matters is that you came to save me rather than letting me die."
