Originally that's what I wanted it to do but you're right it would make PvE a breeze no matter how small the chance of it happening would be. There are so many opportunities for multi kills players could always have their super up. I think I might change that perk a little, maybe have getting multi kills just increase the charge rate of your abilities so the more enemies you kill while the first perk is active the faster your abilities charge. And thanks for telling me about that forum I'll check it out.
