Good stuff as usual.
Very simple things that would go a long way into making me want to invest more time into the game. It's not like this post is asking for dedicated servers, new worlds, or a fourth character class. It can't possibly take that much to just bring forward items that are already in the game. Leave the strikes and raids just the way they are, but at a higher level. At this point, it might even be fun to mess with PoE. Everyone I know is just sick of the content at the moment and how terrible drops are. My raid team went from doing the full raid on all three characters to only doing just the challenge boss once or twice tops at reset. It's sad that this week we did 2x Warpriest within an hour and logged off.
3 simple things that would be great for the game:
-Bring forward all content from year one. Strikes, raids, PoE, and exotics.
-Rethink this weapon 'balancing' you have been doing. Hand cannons suck (minus one or two for pvp), auto rifles are still underpowered, fusion rifles suck, sidearms have no real identity, and pulse rifles were nerfed too hard for PvE. It's like for end game content everyone uses a scout, sniper, and HMG. To use anything else is placing yourself at a disadvantage.
-Make all year two exotics available. No more timegating, we know it's there so let us earn it.
I won't even get into how forever 319 is the new forever 29. Whether or not the power difference is a fraction of what it was is irrelevant. People want to be able to hit a goal that is in front of them. With challenge modes there is no guarantee of a 320 ghost or class item either. And if there isn't a real difference between 319 and 320, then just let the people hit 320 easier already so they can feel like they achieved something.
